About PASCO
PASCO is a joint venture established on 1st May 1977 amongst BP, Shell and local partners based in Jeddah. The company has aviation refueling operations at Jeddah, Medina and throughput facilities at other airports in the KSA.
In late 1940's, as part of Consolidated Services, BP and Shell were the first to establish and operate Aviation Aircraft Refueling Services in the KSA through its partner Saudi Arabian Markets Ltd. (SAM).
The agency operation was converted into a Joint Venture Company named Peninsular Aviation Services Co., Ltd. (PASCO)

PASCO prides itself as one of the leaders in the aircraft refueling services. We are equipped with latest technology and equipment allowing us to deliver our customers the best service possible on-site.

Jeddah Airport Operations
Jeddah Airport is the busiest airport in Saudi Arabia with expansion work by government in progress. PASCO is one of the key fuel suppliers capable of performing both Hydrant and Bowser fueling with well trained and experienced staff capable of handling complex fueling operation during peak Hajj and Umrah season.
We do have access to general aviation apron and can fuel any type of aircraft.
Medina Airport Operations
PASCO played an active role in the development of Prince Mohammed Bin Abdul Aziz International Airport at Medina and the achievement of the ambitious governmental plan to increase air traffic at the airport. PASCO is a partner and 50% owner of the Medina Aviation Consortium (MAC) which is a fully incorporated entity that has been granted by TIBAH an exclusive right to operate the fuel farm system and fuel logistics up to 2037.
PASCO has a brand-new fleet of fuel dispensers capable of handling 10 flights at a time.
